This Privacy Policy applies to how Healthy Life Harvest uses your information.

This Policy describes how we treat personal information we gather through our Healthy Life Harvest websites, mobile/tablet applications (“app”), loyalty programs, stored value cards, email messages, and other digital or online programs or services (the “Platforms”). This policy does not apply to our treatment of information we gather elsewhere.

We collect information from and about you.

We collect contact information. For example, we might collect your name, street address, and email address when you register for loyalty programs or register with Healthy Life Harvest as a customer.

We collect information you submit or post. This information may include remarks, photos and images. We collect the information you post in a public space on our Platforms. This might include our social media pages on third party websites. We also collect information when you contact us through our Platforms, such as one of our websites.

We collect payment information. For example, we might collect your credit card information when you make a purchase or become a Healthy Life Harvest customer or auto-ship Client.

We collect demographic information. We may collect information like your gender and age or type of work as you share your story with us or give us a testimony or speak to one of our phone operators. We are a family owned company and we LOVE our clients so we like to know were they are from and how they are doing.

We collect other information. If you use our program website, we may collect information about the browser you’re using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us.

We collect information in different ways. We collect information directly from you. For example; the collection of information directly from you when you register to participate in an Auto-ship program; when you register as a member /customer or when you sign up for other promotions. We also collect information if you contact us or interact with us through other Platforms, such as the program website. We also collect information about purchases you make through our Platforms such a Facebook or other social media.

We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like browser and flash cookies. We might also look at the device and operating system you use and how you interact with our digital media.

We get information about you from third parties. For example, our business partners may give us information about you.  Or we may use Google Analytics as most web pages do or Email companies so that we can keep in touch with you or so you can OPT out of our email marketing if you do not wish it and we will be notified to remove you from our listings. Without such software it would be difficult to keep those that do not wish to get emails from us un-subscribed.

We use information as disclosed and described here. We use information to respond to your requests or questions. . For example, we might use your information to respond to your questions or comments. We might also send you emails or newsletters you ask for. We might also use your information to send you a replacement product or return. We may also use your information to complete your purchase. This includes notifying you if you place an order through us.

We use information to improve our products and services. We may use your information to make our Platforms and products better. We might use information to track your behavior across multiple platforms or devices. We might use your information to customize your experience with us. We may combine information we get from you with information about you we get from third parties so we can provide you with better service and information you would like, instead of just sending you a bunch of information on stuff you definitely WILL NOT like.

We use information for security purposes. We may use information to protect our company, our customers, and our website. We must stay secure and safe and this takes testing and changes to keep the hackers of the world away from out amazing clients like you, we want to keep YOU safe and your information for OUR eyes only.

We use information for marketing purposes. For example, we might provide you with information about new products and special offers. We might tell you about new features or updates. These may include text messages or messages in social media, but most likely it will just be a simple email, ONCE a month, maybe twice if something REALLY GOOD is about to happen, like a FREE product giveaway or something, I doubt you would want to miss that! Besides, Emails are so easy to opt out of if you want to.

We use information to interact with you on our Platforms and to communicate with you about your account or our relationship.  We may contact you about your account or feedback or to provide you with special offers. We may contact you by email or by text or phone. IF we call you it is just because we had a problem with your order, we will NEVER tele-market you.

We use information as otherwise permitted by law.

We may share information with third parties. For Example, if we have affiliates that sign up for our affiliate program, they may get your email if you sign up through their sites, these are NOT under our control but we do have to approve them in most cases. When you sign up these people know your email and they MAY send you emails WITHOUT our permission, if this happens just report them to us and we will definitely tell them to stop, but in order to make them stop we would have to share your name with them and tell them we have a complaint from you about them so they can remove you from their email list (So far we have NEVER had this happen). We will NEVER sell your information or give it to anyone outside our company, unless it is ordered by a judge.

We will share information within our company. This includes to our affiliates and related entities.

We will share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf.  For example, we share information with vendors who send emails and special offers for us. We may also share information with companies that operate our website or other Platforms. There is really NO way to have a business online without sharing this information, I mean, let’s face it, we are NOT Google or Facebook right but we need them to run our company online and we cannot even put up a website without a service provider and cannot run a credit card without a processing company of some sort…we do not own Visa, Mastercard etc right… I suppose this one is common sense but we have to legally write it for you.

We share information with others for their marketing purposes. For example, we might share your information with a trusted business partner. These companies might send you their own marketing information. This is VERY rare and typically is only if we have a product that we KNOW will benefit you. Most likely a book or movie you might like to read or watch.

We will share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. We might share information when we are investigating potential fraud. Let’s face it, we WANT those darn Hackers to go to Jail if they try anything with our website or our clients info, we got your back!

We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business was sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction. Don’t worry, it would take an act of GOD for us to sell, we have been here for almost 30 YEARS, and we have had many offers to partner or buy our company, but we love what we do and we love our clients, so this is just legal stuff in case something happens and we are forced to sell so you can continue to get your products.

We may share information for other reasons we may describe to you as time goes on, so check back if you really are worried about this stuff. Trust me, Google and Facebook already know FAR more than we EVER will about you, and they also know everything about us too… sort of creepy huh, so we promise we will not do anything to cause you problems or bother you, we just want to love our clients and provide them the best products on earth.

You have certain choices about sharing and marketing practices. You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails. To stop receiving our promotional emails, follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in any promotional message you get from us. Don’t worry! Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions or other necessary information about your account or purchases.

You can control cookies and tracking tools. Your browser will give you the ability to control cookies within it security settings, you can google how to turn them off in your specific browser settings. If you block cookies on your browser, certain features on our sites may not work.

These sites and children. Our sites are generally meant for adults and we have not had any issues with children ordering in the last 27 years and do not really think this will be an issue, we do not cater to children and we do not market children.

We use standard security measures. The Platforms and the Internet are not 100% secure. We cannot promise that your use of our sites will be completely safe. We encourage you to use caution when using the Platforms and the Internet. This includes not sharing your passwords. We do everything we can to protect your information and practice all legal and ethical ways we can to keep information secure. In 27 years we have never had a breach of any kind and we hire security prevention people to watch over our site and store.

We keep personal information as long as it is necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Policy. We also keep information as otherwise required by law.

We store information in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country.

We may link to other sites or have third party services on our site we don’t control. If you click on a link to a third party site, you will be taken to websites we do not control. This includes our pages on social media sites. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of these websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites and insurance carriers carefully. We are not responsible for these third party practices.
